Etwall Bowls Club is situated on King George Playing Field in Etwall, Derbyshire.
Vehicular access to the green is via Portland Street, which is at the back of the Spread Eagle Public House. The street is narrow, and the car park is straight up at the top of the street, there is a slight incline at the entrance to the car park.
Etwall Bowls Club was founded in 1965, the first meeting was held at the Parish Room on 22nd April 1965. Members of the community should appreciate the facility these founding lady and men bowlers achieved with their time and effort in seeking the creation of this sporting facility. Our club members (all ages) are from Etwall and the surrounding areas
The club runs twelve teams playing in various Leagues:-
Ladies – Derby (1 team), Burton Leagues (2 teams)

Membership is open to players of all ages; full member or junior member and social member, with reduced fees for junior and social bowlers. Social bowlers are free to use the green whenever there is no home league game.
